Minnesota North Stars Memories is dedicated to fans of the NHL's Minnesota North Stars
who became victims of that dreadful time in 1993 when
Norm Green took our team away. Not since the departure of the Brooklyn Dodgers has there been anything in
sports history to match the measure of this cruel separation between a franchise and its many long time fans. Good things never seem to last,
but good memories always do. We hope you like this tribute to the players and fans of the North Stars of Minnesota.

DEPARTED STARS
In the past year, two former North Stars, Murray Oliver and J.P. Parise,
have joined Gump Worsley, Bill Goldsworthy, Bill Masterson,
Tommy Williams, Doug Mohns, Paul Shmyr, Elmer Vasko, and Gaetan Duchesne on
that hockey rink in the skies.
